How to register
1. Confirmation of Privacy Policy
Please access the [Create an account] page on the login screen.
Please carefully read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and only if you agree, enter your name, email address, and password, and then press the "Create" button.
Please check carefully to ensure there are no errors in the information you enter.
*By clicking the [Create] button, you agree to the Privacy Policy.
2. Membership registration complete
An email stating "[Official HIGE DANDISM ONLINE STORE] Membership registration completed" will be sent to your registered email address.
Please log in to the store using the email address and password you entered when registering and enjoy shopping.
*If you do not receive an email, it may be because the email address you registered is incorrect or you have settings set up to only receive emails from specific domains.
Please make sure that you are able to receive emails from noreply@higedan-store.jp and then send your email address again.
*The following email address cannot be used. Please use a different email address.

3. Registering shipping information
After logging in, you can register your shipping information on the [Account] page.
Please note that you cannot register for delivery to a delivery company office, post office, or convenience store.
※About entering your name and address
Due to the system, old characters may not be displayed correctly. If your name contains old characters, please enter them in the new characters (such as 邉, 邊, 髙).
In addition, please do not use Roman numerals (I, II, III, etc.) or machine-dependent characters (such as Co., Ltd. or No.) as they may cause garbled characters.
Ordering Procedure
1. Product Selection
Please select the product you want to purchase. You will be able to see the product details.
2. Add to Cart
Once you have decided on the product, select the quantity and press the "Add to Cart" button.
Once all the items you want are in your cart, please check the items you want to order on the cart screen and then proceed to "Purchase".
*At this point, the product has not yet been reserved. Your order will be confirmed when an "order number" is issued on the order completion screen.
3. Enter your email address and shopping password
If you have already registered or are shopping with us for the second or subsequent time, please enter your registered email address and password and press the [Login] button.
After logging in, please proceed to [Purchase] again.
If you have not yet registered, please click "Create an account" and go through the registration process.
4. Enter shipping information
Please enter your name, address, and phone number, then press the "Proceed to selecting delivery method" button.
5.Confirm contact details and shipping address
Your registered contact information and shipping address will be displayed, so please confirm them and press the [Proceed to payment method] button.
6.Select your payment method
Select your payment method and press the "Pay Now" button.
*There is a billing address field, please select [Same as shipping address].
Even if you select [Use a different billing address] and change your address, we will not send an invoice to the changed address.
If you choose convenience store payment, after pressing the "Pay now" button you will be redirected to the KOMOJU payment page.
Select the convenience store you would like to use and press the "Payment" button.
*At this point your order is complete.
*The customer number, confirmation number, and payment deadline required for payment will be displayed (these items will vary depending on the convenience store you select). Be sure to print them out or make a note of them.
After checking your payment information, press the [Official HIGE DANdism ONLINE STORE] button to return to the Official HIGE DANdism ONLINE STORE.
7. Order Complete
The order completion screen will be displayed, so please print it out or make a note of it, and be sure to check the "Order History" on your [Account] page.
Please make sure to write down your order number as it will be required when you contact us.
We will also send an "Order Completion Email" to your registered email address as support information.
*If you do not receive an email, it may be because the email address you registered is incorrect or you have settings set up to only receive emails from specific domains.
Please make sure to set up your account to receive emails from noreply@higedan-store.jp before using the service.
Even if you do not receive the email due to your reception settings, if your order is displayed in the "Order History" on the [Account] page, then your order has been accepted.
[For those who choose convenience store payment]
If you have selected convenience store payment, KOMOJU will send you an email with the number required for payment as soon as you press the "Purchase Procedure" button.
*If you do not receive an email, it may be because the email address you registered is incorrect or you have settings set up to only receive emails from specific domains.
Please make sure to set up your email settings to receive emails from no-reply@komoju.com before using this service.
Payment Method
Credit card payment
Accepted credit card types: VISA, JCB, MASTER CARD, AMEX, Diners
Payment method: Please enter your credit card information on the payment method input screen.
Payment will be made at the time of ordering.
Please check your usage statement from the month following the month in which you placed your order.
The name "Official HIGE DANdism ONLINE STORE" will appear on your card statement.
Payment can only be made in a lump sum.
Convenience store payment
Available convenience stores: Lawson, Family Mart, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki, Seico Mart
Payment method: Please make payment at one of the convenience stores selected on the payment method input screen within 3 days from the date of your order.
*Convenience store payments must be paid in advance. After we confirm your payment, we will arrange for the item to be shipped.
The payment deadline is "the date of order + 3 days." Please note that you will not be able to make payment after the deadline.
(Example: Order date: September 1, 2023 → Payment deadline: September 4, 2023)
Please allow plenty of time for the payment procedure.
If the payment deadline passes for any reason, including loss of the payment number, congestion or malfunction of the cash register or terminal at the convenience store, etc., your order will be canceled.
*If the payment deadline has passed, please place your order again.
If you pay at a convenience store, after pressing the "Complete Order" button, you will be redirected to the KOMOJU payment page.
Select the convenience store you would like to use and press the "Purchase" button.
*The customer number, confirmation number, and payment deadline (items will vary depending on the convenience store you select) required for payment will be displayed, so be sure to print them out or make a note of them.
*KOMOJU will send you an email with the number required for payment. If you have email reception settings, please disable the filter for "@komoju.com" and set it up so that you can receive emails from no-reply@komoju.com.
If you do not keep a record of your payment number when completing your order, and are unable to receive emails from KOMOJU due to domain settings, etc., you will not be able to confirm your payment number.
If you do not know your payment number, please place your order again.

Shipping and product delivery

For Nekopos: 450 yen nationwide
*Shipping fees are charged for each order number. Multiple orders cannot be shipped together.
* Nekopos will be delivered to your mailbox. (If it does not fit in the mailbox, it will be returned.)
When ordering, you can select products that are marked as "Nekopos eligible products" on the product details page.
Shipping time
Shipping times vary depending on the items you order, so please check the details page for each product.
Products that do not have a shipping time listed on the product detail page will be shipped within 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, New Year's holidays, and summer holidays) after payment has been confirmed if the payment method is convenience store payment, or within 7 business days after order confirmation if the payment method is other than convenience store payment.
This is referred to as "shipping" and not "arrival," so the actual number of days it takes for delivery will vary depending on your area and transportation conditions.
*If you order items with different shipping dates at the same time, they will be shipped together according to the item with the latest shipping date.
Please note that delivery may be delayed for the following reasons:
・When there is a large number of orders
If the product is temporarily out of stock
・When delivery is impossible due to weather or other force majeure. ・When production of the product is delayed. ・When there is an excess or shortage of the charge, etc.
If there is a problem with your payment
・If shipping operations are temporarily suspended due to summer holidays, New Year's holidays, consecutive holidays, etc.
Delivery company and delivery method
・Products will be delivered by Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Japan Post. You cannot specify the delivery company.
・Orders cannot be made to have items delivered to a delivery company office, post office, or convenience store.
- We cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates and times, delivery methods, or special packaging for gifts, etc.
Shipment Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email as support information.
You can also check the shipping status in the "Order History" section of your [Account] page.
Pick-up
If you are not at home when the product is delivered, please follow the instructions on the "delivery notice" left by the delivery company to receive the product.
If you have not received your first delivery within 3 days of shipping, please contact the delivery company as your address may be unknown.
If you are absent for an extended period of time or your address is unknown and you are unable to receive the item within the delivery company's storage period, the item will be returned to the Official HIGE DANdism ONLINE STORE.
If you are unable to receive the item and it has to be returned, please contact the Official HIGE DANdism ONLINE STORE as soon as possible to request a reshipment.
*Please note that regardless of the reason for return (long absence, unknown address, unknown relocation, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for reshipment.
Notification of non-delivery of goods
If you have not received your item within 3 weeks of your order date (or the expected delivery date for pre-order items), please contact the Official HIGE DANdism ONLINE STORE.
Shipping overseas
We do not ship overseas. We only ship within Japan. Thank you for your understanding.
I will
not ship internationally. I will restrict to the dispatch in Japan.
Changes, returns and exchanges after ordering
Change of delivery address
You cannot change the delivery address yourself after you have completed your order.
Please be sure to contact us by email using the inquiry form with the following information:

・Subject: Please write "Request to change delivery address"
・Inquiry details: Please enter your "name, postal code, address, and phone number" when placing your order, and your "changed name, postal code, address, and phone number"
We will notify you once the change process is complete.
If you do not receive a reply within three business days (excluding weekends and holidays), please contact us again using a different email address.
Once we have begun preparing your order for shipping, we will not be able to make any changes, even if you contact us.
*It is not possible to change the delivery address to a delivery company office, post office, or convenience store.
Change your order
We cannot accept any changes or cancellations after an order has been completed.
Please consider carefully before placing your order.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges due to customer convenience.
Replacement of defective products
We pay close attention to quality control, but in the unlikely event that the product you receive is defective, we will replace it with a good product.
Please send a photo of the defective product to the email address below within 7 days of receiving the product.
(Please send a message of 5MB or less including the text.)
Once we have confirmed that the product is defective, we will guide you through the replacement procedure.
(Returns will be made by cash on delivery)
Please note that we only offer exchanges for the same product and do not accept returns.
Please note that if the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, we may provide a refund.
*If you notice any signs of a transportation accident (such as missing corners or damage), please contact the shipping company directly.
The cardboard box that the item was delivered in will also be taken away along with the damaged product, so please do not dispose of the cardboard box.
*For products where the manufacturer's contact information is listed in the instruction manual, please contact the manufacturer directly.
*Exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases.
